Gravity readings

  •  ~1.025SG on Scottish Wee Heavy
  • 1.015SG on Pumpkin Stout 3 in white Northern Brewer pail
  • 1.016 on Pumpkin Stout 3 in True Brew pail
  • 1.012 on Extract Saison

Pumpkin Stout 3 – True Brew pail

  • Added 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp allspice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon to True Brew pail, boiled 15 mins and cooled before adding
  • Added 1 oz UK Kent Goldings dry hop (1 week into primary, added to primary, plan for 1 week

Pumpkin Stout 3 – Northern Brewer pail

  • Added 1 tsp allspice (whole ground) and 1 tsp nutmeg (whole ground)

Apple Cider 2

  • Added 1/2 gallon of apple juice to keg
  • Added 1-2 cups of brown sugar/cinnamon stick mixture


  • De-labeled and cleaned ~80 bottles, need to sanitize before use
